Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Will be involved in client acquisitions or business development will have to bring in new client who have recruitment and staffing requirements. Should have the ability to contact and speak to the HR heads of organization and give them an introduction about the company. Should convince client to give their requirements on a regular basis and maintain a good rapport with the client. Should be capable of interacting with senior management, Directors, Business heads etc and get recruitment requirements from them. Should be willing to work on both IT and Non IT Requirements. Should have a computer, internet connection and phone required. Should be willing to work to put in minimum 5 to 6 hours of work daily. Immediate requirement. if short listed you will need to start work immediately or within a week. Recruiters need to be professional, self motivated and capable of working without being monitored. No fixed monthly payment will be done offered. Payment will be through incentive or commission basis.
