Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive AI Automation Agent to design, build, and manage AI-driven automation solutions for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and business process optimization. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy AI automation workflows using platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, and similar tools. Integrate AI models and APIs into business processes. Automate lead generation, CRM management, customer support, and operational workflows. Design end-to-end automation systems that improve productivity and reduce manual work. Connect third-party applications through APIs and webhooks. Create AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows. Document automation processes and provide implementation support. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in AI automation and workflow development. Strong knowledge of Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms. Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI API, or other LLMs. Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations. Basic knowledge of databases and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python or JavaScript. Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent development. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar systems. Familiarity with automation for marketing, sales, customer support, or business operations.
