Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive AI Automation Agent to design, build, and manage AI-driven automation solutions for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI automation workflows using platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, and similar tools.
- Integrate AI models and APIs into business processes.
- Automate lead generation, CRM management, customer support, and operational workflows.
- Design end-to-end automation systems that improve productivity and reduce manual work.
- Connect third-party applications through APIs and webhooks.
- Create AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows.
- Document automation processes and provide implementation support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in AI automation and workflow development.
- Strong knowledge of Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI API, or other LLMs.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Basic knowledge of databases and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent development.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar systems.
