Job Description

  • Receive visitors and provide them with accurate information: Be aware of all marketing schemes and discounts for ensuring accurate OPD and diagnostic bills to patients
  • Schedule all doctor appointments and clinical procedures: as per guidelines and ensure that patients, doctors and technicians are kept informed about delays or cancellations
  • Complete all patient admissions efficiently: complete all formalities pertaining to patient registration and filling in of consent forms according to prescribed procedure and protocols.
  • Complete all patient discharge formalities: complete all formalities and documentation for discharging patients.
  • Maintain and share all patient records in accordance with defined guidelines on patient information
  • Log and close patient complaints: recieve and record all patient and visitor service complaints. Attend to them and re-direct them to the appropriate staff member or department that can help resolve their problem
  • Manage patient traffic and safety: be alert and attentive to visitor and patient traffic moving in and out of the facility, and escalate any threats or potential issues to concerned authorities.
  • Conduct all emergency and code related communication and follow procedures defined in code violation guidelines
  • Call centre responsibilities: attend to all calls with promptness and professional courtesy. Respond to telephone
