Job Description
Receive visitors and provide them with accurate information: Be aware of all marketing schemes and discounts for ensuring accurate OPD and diagnostic bills to patients
Schedule all doctor appointments and clinical procedures: as per guidelines and ensure that patients, doctors and technicians are kept informed about delays or cancellations
Complete all patient admissions efficiently: complete all formalities pertaining to patient registration and filling in of consent forms according to prescribed procedure and protocols.
Complete all patient discharge formalities: complete all formalities and documentation for discharging patients.
Maintain and share all patient records in accordance with defined guidelines on patient information
Log and close patient complaints: recieve and record all patient and visitor service complaints. Attend to them and re-direct them to the appropriate staff member or department that can help resolve their problem
Manage patient traffic and safety: be alert and attentive to visitor and patient traffic moving in and out of the facility, and escalate any threats or potential issues to concerned authorities.
Conduct all emergency and code related communication and follow procedures defined in code violation guidelines
