BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake and execute core responsibilities aligned with Business Development, Sales, and Tele-Calling operations.
- Complete a mandatory minimum of 90–120 cold calls per day to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Identify new business opportunities, prospects, and potential markets for the company's IT services.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain company offerings to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to prepare proposals and solutions for clients.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with leads and convert them into business deals.
- Support real-time client coordination, documentation, and reporting as directed.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and handle communication follow-ups efficiently.
- Generate revenue by closing IT service deals and achieving monthly business targets.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and client interaction summaries for management.
- Execute all tele-calling responsibilities without exception as part of the business development process.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele-Calling, or Customer Acquisition roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi.
- Logical and creative thinking abilities with willingness to work across multiple departments.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Hardworking, smart, adaptable, and flexible to work in different shifts.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and focus on revenue generation.
Benefits
- Base Salary: ₹8,000–₹15,000 per month (Target-Based) + Incentives.
