BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Languages: English / Tamil / Malayalam / Hindi

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake and execute core responsibilities aligned with Business Development, Sales, and Tele-Calling operations.
  • Complete a mandatory minimum of 90–120 cold calls per day to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prospects, and potential markets for the company's IT services.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and explain company offerings to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to prepare proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Maintain continuous follow-up with leads and convert them into business deals.
  • Support real-time client coordination, documentation, and reporting as directed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and handle communication follow-ups efficiently.
  • Generate revenue by closing IT service deals and achieving monthly business targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and client interaction summaries for management.
  • Execute all tele-calling responsibilities without exception as part of the business development process.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele-Calling, or Customer Acquisition roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi.
  • Logical and creative thinking abilities with willingness to work across multiple departments.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Hardworking, smart, adaptable, and flexible to work in different shifts.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and focus on revenue generation.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: ₹8,000–₹15,000 per month (Target-Based) + Incentives.
