Job Profile- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Job Profile:
* To handle basic level of customer queries related to online courses through Calls/Chat/E-Mail. (Blended Process)
* NON- Technical Profile
* Salary - 15K-25K + Incentives + Meals + Cabs are provided only in Noida.
* Responsible for dealing with International Clients.
* Strong verbal communication skills
Key requirements
* Minimum Qualification: Graduation
* Must have excellent spoken & written communication skills in English.
* Ability to understand and analyze problems
* Comfortable to work in Rotational shifts
* UK -1pm to 10.30pm- FIXED
* Experience with the Blended or Voice process will be welcome.
* can join on Immediate basis
