           Roles and Responsibilities    1. Candidate must be currently associated with LED Lighting industry.    2. Candidate must have good experience in LED Lighting sales.    3. Identify potential new customers and build relationships with existing customers.    4. Develop strategies for penetrating new accounts and growing relationships with customers/dealers/distributors.    5. Responsible for pricing, negotiation, competitive evaluation, and forecasting.    6. Analysis market potential and to prepare strategies for various business segments for project vertical.    7. Regular visit of customers and follow the journey cycle.    8. Ensuring the collection payments in advance.    9. Guiding distributors salesman for effective market coverage.    10. Must be able to work independently with a passion to sell.    11. A disciplined and proven customer-centric sales process.    Experience in sales with successful sales track record.    Desired Candidate Profile    Post Graduate/ MBA/ Graduate from recognized university    Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Team Leader, managing off roll / on roll direct sales team.    Candidates with field sales experience with proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.    Strong written, verbal and presentation skills    Strong numerical and analytical skills    Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, such as Word and Excel skills.
