He would be responsible for Ensure sales plan for the assigned area region is in line with annual plan for bike volumes by closely working with the front end staff of dealers Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction experience on the sales process Ensure brand guidelines and ethos are followed across all sales outlets Plan and implement various sales promotion activities on a need basis Provide field level input to dealer development team for network expansion plan Collate and analyse feedback on new existing products from sales channels and customers Ensure dealer adherence to all documentation and procedural systems Oversee that all organisational processes and policies are followed at an area level Ensure continuous training programs to enhance capability of frontline sales staff across all sales outlets Review dealer capability metrics of on a regular basis and suggest corrective actions to ensure targets are met Implement and monitor the retail level rides initiative customer meets in the assigned region
