The Relationship Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding travel needs, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling client queries, and promoting travel products and services to enhance customer loyalty and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (individuals, corporates, or travel agents)
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages, destinations, and services
Handle inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements
Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt solutions
Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat business
Promote new travel packages, deals, and seasonal offers
Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
Knowledge of travel destinations, visa processes, and booking systems
Sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients
